🏡 Local Businesses
Part of every adventure
Independent Island businesses give every adventure its character. They create jobs, welcome visitors and keep our towns and villages thriving. That's why we only recommend places we've genuinely visited and enjoyed.

🌿 Nature & Ecology
Protecting what inspires us
Our myths begin in ancient woodlands, dramatic coastlines and hidden paths. Looking after these special places means future explorers can experience the same magic for years to come.

🤝 Our Community
Giving something back
The Isle of Wight is shaped by volunteers, community groups and local projects that quietly make life better for everyone. Through the Follies Fund, we aim to support the people and places that help our Island thrive.

Supporting the Isle of Wight
The Follies Fund exists to support the people, places and projects that help make the Isle of Wight a wonderful place to live, work and explore. As the fund grows, we'll share details of the organisations we've supported.
Beach clean groups, footpath maintenance, wildlife conservation, community projects and other initiatives that help keep the Isle of Wight a wonderful place to explore.
By the way, when you buy a multi-media guided walk experience, a percentage of the fee is immediately allocated to the fund. The idea is that the beauty you enjoy on your walks remains beautiful.

Transparency & trust

Isle of Wight Follies encourages exploration, and through the Follies Fund, we voluntarily reinvest part of our success into projects that help protect, celebrate and strengthen the Isle of Wight.
