This page sets out the requirements for obtaining and using the Isle of Wight Passport for the purposes of questing, creature observation, and related activities within the Isle of Wight Follies. The passport is the 'official' document that identifies the bearer as a registered Quester.
Who needs a passport?
Anyone who wants to add physical collectables upon completing quest trails. Also, all who wish to avail themselves of passport perks.
Where to get a Passport

Premium Passport – direct from Follies HQ (£15, personalised with bonuses & free P&P)

Standard Passport – via our official partner Amazon (£10).

Standard Passport – at selected vendors on the Isle of Wight £10 RRP (vendors set their own rates).
What the passport is
A named document containing:

A passport page for your photo, name, Quest ID, start date and completion date.

Map pages and location lists.
-
Spaces for magic words, creative notes, colouring, and the affixing of collectable cards.

Instructions issued with all due seriousness by the Realm.
Benefits of holding a passport

Essential for claiming collectable cards at participating locations.

Serves as proof of questing status when politely requested by an authorised shopkeeper.

Grants access to in-world perks and occasional modest discounts when advertised.

Eligibility
Applicants must:

Be willing to explore and behave courteously toward staff, creatures, and bystanders.

Agree to purchase something, however small, before receiving a collectable card from a business.

Accept that some creatures tell lies, particularly on bank holidays.
Using your passport
When visiting a participating business:

Scan the quester button

Show your screen to the trader.

If you're worthy, you get a collectable.
Terms and guidance

Be kind to staff, creatures, and the island.

Obey all local laws, traffic rules, and ferry timetables. - whatever you do, never stand on one leg while barking at fish!

Do not attempt to cross a troll's bridge without a copy of the highway daylight robbery code!
