Bridge for sale? 37th time this year!

So I met this Troll chap and he was saying how sick and tired he is of people crossing his bridge, when it comes to cars he just complained, basically, he thought that they go too fast, especially compared to horses and carts of olden days, he then complained about clouds and the direction of the breeze. 

I dont know for sure if this was a troll or not, but he said he was, and that he owns the bridge, though you decide, ive attached a photo :)
